Two Heads are Better Than One!!

Hello all, and Happy Saturday!!

Remember a few weeks ago, I found this pretty bust at the nursery? (Crown model)

I have been enjoying her. As of yesterday, she now has company.

Yesterday, while in Barbara's shop Garden Memories, I saw her.

She is a Santos bust/head. Barbara just got them in, and I had to have one. I thought she was so pretty, not to mention another crown model.

When I got her home, I walked around the house with her, looking for the perfect spot.

Here it is, an old column. I bought it awhile ago from Jennifer Grey, The Old Painted Cottage.

I thought it was the perfect, like she was meant to go there.
I think she needs a name though, as does the other crown model. If you think of any, let me know.

Tomorrow, we are off to the Ventura Flea Market!! Can't wait, it's been so hot here, I am looking forward to being by the ocean.

Have a great rest of the weekend!!

Love,

Rosemary

She is beautiful!! I love her and how perfect for this special place.

I need to email you about a tiara...I would love to have a tiny one for a rabbit I have...
I think that would be so sweet.

I was thinking Ophelia or Abigail or
Matilda. Why? I have no idea. Those were what popped in my head!

Love,
Sue

Rosemary, I was thinking of "Repose" but I actually like the one of Odelia (from your blogger above)better. She looks thoughtful and sincere.
Ashley's mom

I think the first should be named Psyche - Meaning the soul, mind spirit, breath, life. She looks Greek to me.

The second should be called Columba - meaning white dove

I can't wait to see what you choose!

Hugs! Nancy

What a perfect fit! I love it!

Where is Barbara's shop? Is it far from La Habra?

WOW, you are getting some amazing finds. I like the name Psyche, too, but then she'll need a cupid....do you know the love story in greek mythology of cupid and psyche? It's one of my favorite stories.

How about Athena? as your lady looks introspective and wise, and Athena was the goddess of Wisdom.

Vraiment ravissant ce buste lisse sur cette colonne rugueuse, ça donne un très joli effet de contraste, chauque objet mettant l'autre en valeur. J'adore !
