I did. Mark and I went to the Rose Bowl Flea Market. Later in the evening we met our daughter, son in law, and my mom for dinner.
Even though I didn't find too many treasures at the flea market, it was a great day!!
I have already started work on things for my friend Barbara's shop, for the upcoming patriotic holidays. I will be having a busy week of creating. www.gardenmemoriesgifts.com/

I am glad you had fun at the Flea market. When I went to the Rose Bowl I did not find to many things either. They were much more expensive than I thought it would be and I was wanted a bargin.(Like always)It sounds like dinner was nice also.I am glad your day turned out nice!

I am having Rose Bowl envy..not only did you get to go, but you were accompanied by your husband. Adam would never go for that..he'd rather sleep in. I haven't been to the 'Bowl' in so long, hope you found some nice treasures along the way.

The Rose Bowl Flea Market sounds like a fabulous day to spend your special day. I would have enjoyed that although it would have been tought getting my 3 guys and daughter to rally around me. I know, it's my day, but they would have gone reluctantly...
Instead, my entire family (including my Mom, Dad, and brothers) went to Fu Wing Lo's in Fountain Valley. This is becoming our traditional hangout around the lazy susan filled with mouth watering food. No one complains and this is a good thing.
