Talking Turkey

Yesterday I spent the day packing away my Halloween extravaganza. As you know, I have a ton of decorations.

Today I spent the day cleaning, and getting the Thanksgiving decorations out. I thought you might like to see some. I have several vintage turkeys. I also have a variety of Turkey Day decor. I hope you like what I have put up so far. It took me most of today, but I love doing it.
It's fun to see what you have hidden away from year to year.

I also want to mention that my friend Barbara from Garden Memories in Ventura, has a new website. www.gardenmemoriesgifts.com.
You have read about the wonderful things that I buy in her shop. You can also see her shop in a previous post of mine. If you are ever in Ventura California, her shop is a must!!!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

I love your Turkey Day decorations!!! I will not be doing a lot of Thanksgiving decorations this year, school is going to be tough this month so I will be skipping ahead to Christmas! Not to mention we always spend the Holidays at my parent's house and my Mom, (like you) does a great job of Turkey Day decorations. When are the newly weds returning??? Thanksgiving, since my wedding always makes me think of turkey tosadas, as we Honeymooned in Mexico over Thanksgiving. We were married on the 20th!!!I hope that you have a great weekend!

Wow, Where to Begin, First, I just noticed the Old Rail in front of your FirePlace! How Beautiful, the Cloches I Love to death. The Birdcage is Way to Pretty. The Mirror as a Centerpiece looks so pretty. What is that sitting on your dining Table? Is it a Wooden Bowl of some kind or a Iron type object, I really like it? Just love what you did, You gave me Inspirations... Hope you are having a good Weekend...Jamie

Dear Rosemary,

I am sad to see the Halloween decorations go away, but at least we have all those photos on my site to remember it all by.

By the way, thanks for sharing your Thanksgiving decorations..you are so talented, my beautiful friend!

Dear Rosemary, your turkey decorations make your home look so warm & cozy. I could just lay on your couch & read all day. Where did you find vintage turkeys? I'm always in the lookout for them.

So glad you aren't having problems with my blog. Hugs, DebraK

I'm sure it took you a while to put away the Halloween stuff! :)

Love your Thanksgiving decorations! The birdhouse is cute and the turkey under the cloche is great! It is fun to bring out stuff you haven't seen in a while. There's always something that I've forgotten I've had! Can't wait to see more!
