Flea Market Finds and Signs!

As promised, here are my flea market finds from Sunday. I got this pretty washstand from Jennifer Grey. I am going to use it as an ice bucket for Thanksgiving. After that I have many ideas for its use. Maybe in the guest bath, or guest bedroom, or maybe outdoors.

The Old window frame is in my bedroom for the time being. I think I will find a use for it in my Christmas decorating.

Here are all of the vintage ornaments that I picked up. They are so unique and pretty. They have so much more character than new ones.

I love these old lights. The boxes are as pretty as the lights.

Here are some views of Barbara's shop with my signs hanging in there. Her shop is amazing!!!

One more view of my ornaments.
Hope you are all having a great Tuesday!!
I am off to iron the tablecloth and napkins for Thanksgiving.

Love the little wash stand and your signs look so nice in the shop.

You got some great ornaments. And a figural light bulb in there to boot! I've been on a quest today to find my birds like the one in the midst of your ornaments. Somewhere there's a box marked "old figurals". Why isn't it with all the other ornament and Christmas boxes?? I don't want to have to drag out all the boxes to see if one is mislabeled. But I want those birds! NOW! Grrrr.

Hi Rosemary!

That washstand looks fantastic in your home..just as I knew it would! Nice touch with the feedsack on the towel bar, by the way..I'll have to remember that one!

Your signs are so delightful too. I just love all that sparkly glitter and glam. You really know how to pull it all together so tastefully. Just beautiful.

Hi,

I found my way here by way of a comment you made on Cindy's My Romantic Home. I am a born and bred New Englander ( with an obsession about California, isn't the grass always greener?). Stop by my blog sometime; I think you will like it.

The washstand is nifty too!

Rosemary, the washstand is so great and I think it will look GREAT as an ice bucket at Thanksgiving. I'm sure you will do all kinds of great things with it. Also, your ornaments and lights are wonderful - and I agree, the vintage ornaments are so full of character. They are very fun. I also like your frame - I'm sure you will do lots of fun decorating with it. I bet you were so excited to see your signs hanging in Barbara's shop. They look great, like they just belong there. So fun!
