Can't Get Enough!

Lately it seems that I can't get enough pretty paper and graphics. I love working with paper, old photos, pretty ribbon and Dresden's. It seems like everyday I am searching for paper. It's like a treasure hunt. Sometimes I find the greatest stuff, and other times not!!! I have been to many garage sales lately, and have come up empty handed. I went to the Rose Bowl a few weeks ago, and got nothing except some old plastic ballerinas. The kind I use to have on my own birthday cakes as a child.
This Sunday I will be heading out to the Ventura Flea Market in search of paper, ephemera, millinery and old photos.
As you can see from the pictures, these are a few new paper creations I made this week. I am working on more as I type this blog post. Pam, the lady who owns Posies the new shop that I am in, happens to love paper art as much as I do. Who knew that I would be so excited about paper?
One of my best sources as you know is The Graphics Fairy. Be sure to visit her blog for wonderful and free graphics. She has an amazing collection. Just click on her blog from my blog roll.
Well, I just wanted to say hello, happy Thursday, and enjoy the day.
Oh, and thanks to all of you who visited my daughter Amanda's new blog. She had great fun reading your comments.
Chat again soon.
Love,
Rosemary

I love the vintage paper stuff, too. That reminds me that I have a very old and weird Easter Bunny I need to scan.

I'm enjoying the lilac and purple tones in your latest creations!!!

Lovely creations as always! I'm having the same problem finding paper. It makes me nervous to use my really nice papers. I'm afraid I won't be able to find anymore. Goodluck on your hunt.

Hello dear Rosemary! I finally joined your blog;I am so busy being a full-time teacher and student that blogging takes a certain block of time that is very limited! I am now on spring break and I am having fun visiting everyone and joining blogsites! Love your paper crowns! It is addicting isn't it? Do you have a "Paper Source" store out your way? We have one in Minneapolis and it is exquisite. I went there yesterday to get materials to make my give-away...a book of my play! Take care Rosemary! Anita

I go through periods of being totally obsessed with paper too. I guess I go between my love of paper and my love of fabric. Just can't get enough! I hope your flea market trip goes really well and you come back with all kinds of paper treasures! Amy :)
