What can you get for $2

THIS!!
Happy Friday!

I went for my walk this morning, and hit a garage sale along the way.
I got this pretty cut glass pedestal compote for $2. Pretty good, I thought. The lady told me it was from the 1800's. It looks really old, but who knows? I don't care, because I like it.
Just set it here for the picture. I have to, of course move everything I own around to find the perfect spot.
Another view.

My last post, I showed you my pretty dream banner that I had purchased from Wren Cottage.
Some of you asked where I was going to put it. Here, above my front door. I thought it was a nice word to think about, as you leave the house.

I hope you are all planning a great weekend!!
The weather is gorgeous and Springlike here. (Sorry snow people)

Whatever you plan to do, have fun!!!

Love,
Rosemary

"snow people" LOL! - that would be me today! It's snowing in March in Georgia and snowing like a blizzard snow. At least it's not sticking to the streets. Very pretty find for $2! In garage sale season we also have ones that start on Friday.

Hi, rosemary, that's a nice compote you found. I'm sure you'll put it to good use.

Yep, we got a dusting of snow today too! Way too cold, but I'm sure it will change soon.

Have a good one!

Rosemary, that is a wonderful find! You always find the best treasures, and it's fun to see them.

It snowed 4" here, but will be Spring-y again by mid-week (thank goodness).
