Can you believe, with all the green clothes I have, that I forgot to wear green on "the day". so I put a little green tag on my lapel with a paperclip. I had a woman come up to me in walmart thinking I worked there. "she saw my tag". It looked nothing like a walmart name tag, but I guess it was enough to confuse her.
I removed it after that.
