A new crown using gutter screen. It doesn't sound pretty, but you be the judge.
I used another embellishment from the last flea market I went to.
I have been experimenting with linen. I think it works!!

Pretty In Pink

Happy Tuesday all!!
I got some pretty antique/shabby looking birds, dressed them up, embellished, and crowned. All pretty in pink! Now in my Etsy shop! I just thought it would be fun!
I am busy working on more crowns for the cupcake shop, so I wanted to do a fun little post with this pretty new bird!

Ventura Flea Market Finds Of The Day!!

Hi all!
Hope you had a great weekend!
My husband and I went to the Ventura Flea Market today!
We got up super early, and forgot to take my camera. So I took pictures of my little treasures of the day. Hope you like them!
These very cool shoes are so amazing to me. Ladies had the tiniest feet back then.
I love old rhinestone buttons and earrings, the sparkle gets me every time.
Pretty trimming for some future crowns, as well as crowns for future crowns. Great old sheet music sprinkled with stars, and mercury glass beads. More baby shoes and an old baby bottle for my daughter's upcoming baby shower.
It was a cold, foggy, dreary day in Ventura, but we had fun!

I'm off to soak in a hot bubble bath.

Snapping Away!

Ballerina Crowns, QUICK!

Hi all!
Hope you had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend!
We had a fun family BBQ on Sunday! The weather was perfect! The food was delicious, and everyone had fun.
I also planted more flowers this weekend. My big project however was making these 4 special rush order ballerina crowns. I wasn't planning on this, but one never knows when someone will need the royal crown maker to create something special. These were ordered along with a baby shower banner. Banner to be finished tomorrow.
The glitter never stops flying in this house.

Happy Memorial Day!

Hope you are all having a nice Memorial Day weekend!
I just came in from planting some flowers. The weather is perfect. Not too hot or too cool. Just right! We are having a family BBQ this afternoon. Looking forward to it. I made a lot of favorite treats!!
