Technical Difficulties (A Winner!)

Good Morning!
As you can see no pictures this morning.
My husband did choose a winner from my highly scientific method of picking out a winner. Folded papers with your names, in a pretty glass bowl.
He did chose Carole-Maynard Greenhouse, as the winner of my birthday giveaway.
So Carole please email me with your address!!! I will ship out your little crown.
Now I am off to go and buy a new camera, as mine has died!!!
I should have known, as it was giving me nothing but trouble lately.

Crown Day!

Hi all!
It is show your crown day, being hosted by Vintage Bella Studio. I found out about it through my friend Anita. I decided to show some of my crown collection that I did not make with the exception of the tiny screen crown. I did make that one. My friend Holly sent me the sweet flower you see. I added a crystal and magic, a crown.

I Won!

Hi there!
Hope you are all having a great week so far.
My husband and I went to a fundraiser Sunday night for Pepperdine University. We go every year. It's for the Arts program for underprivileged kids. It's fun, and it's in Malibu! It was a lovely night of great people, good food and drink, silent and live auctions etc. Anyway, underneath my plate/charger was a card that said,
congratulations you won this lovely floral centerpiece. I was very excited, first because the flowers were so pretty, and second, I never win stuff.
I took these pictures so you could also enjoy the flowers.
We also won a great big basket full of baby goodies for our daughter and son in law.

I don't know if any of you know who Steve Tyrell is, but he was the entertainment for the evening. He is a crooner extraordinaire! Check out his music.
Well, it's back to the glittering for me. Working on a wedding shower banner today.

Happy Saturday!!
A new crown using gutter screen. It doesn't sound pretty, but you be the judge.
I used another embellishment from the last flea market I went to.
I have been experimenting with linen. I think it works!!

Just a little update, I got a comment about putting some of my crowns in my Etsy shop, I don't always have time to make them for the shop, as I am making them for stores and special orders. Pretty In Pink

Happy Tuesday all!!
I got some pretty antique/shabby looking birds, dressed them up, embellished, and crowned. All pretty in pink! Now in my Etsy shop! I just thought it would be fun!
I am busy working on more crowns for the cupcake shop, so I wanted to do a fun little post with this pretty new bird!
