Adding Bits Of Black

Hi all, and happy weekend!
It's dreary and rainy today, so the pictures are a little dark.
I have been adding more and more black lately to my decor. Yesterday I decided to paint this little shelf black, and it made a huge difference. This little shelf was once dark blue, then white, then green and white crackle, now it's black. I love the new look. I also painted the little mirror on the wall black to match. The little cabinet with the statue on top was once red. It was a $20 Rose Bowl Flea Market find.
The other photos are just more black items I have been slowly adding in.
I have a big can of black paint, so look out!!
Have a great day, and enjoy your football tomorrow! I'm not a big fan, I just like the commercials, and the half time show!!
Chat again soon.
Love,
Rosemary

Ooooooo Rosemary, I love all the touches of black. I just painted one of my cherubs black and he looks darling!

We have 19+ inches of snow here and it's not showing any signs of stopping!

Rosemary my dear friend,
Black is a classic and I have it all over my house; the charm and beauty NEVER die out for me. Your collection under les cloches is marvelous! Hey, any black crowns in the future? Wouldn't that be gorgeous, in black glitter? Anita

Hi Rosemary!I'm coming around to bits of black too. I have a few things that are black and built in. For the longest time I fought against the black, but last summer I decided to embrace it instead and I'm really liking it!!
