Jean Strikes Again!
Hi all!
I know you are all busy with holiday preparations, as I am.
Today amidst the chaos, a lovely surprise came in the mail from my friend Jean in Rhode Island.
She made this beautiful Christmas card, and she got me some lovely vintage tags and these ceramic NOEL angels from an antique shop. She saw them and thought of me. How nice is that? The angels are still in the original box. I love that! Vintage artwork is great.
They are so cute! It was so thoughtful and nice of her. I love them, and I will enjoy them every Christmas from now on, and every time I see them I will think of her.
Who knew from one crown order, we would become such good friends. Life is full of surprises.
I just want to say to Jean, thank you so much, I love these gifts, and the thought that went into them.
Now go about your holiday chores, and fun. Just wanted to say hello, and to share my surprise today.
Chat again soon.
Love,
Rosemary

Gosh, those are such nice things your friend Jean sent! I admire those able to make cards and such...and the Noel angels are just so old-fashioned and sweet...
Oh Rosemary,
How true it is; the friendships that have arisen from blogging are so special. I think that those of us who blog and visit with each other make the effort that sometimes our friends "in the flesh" take for granted!! What a lovely gesture from a wonderful friend! Happy creating dear! Anita
What a sweet friend and they are just darling! Merry Christmas!
Love the treasures you acquired. This last year I found some I think 60s xmas cards that you put pics in. So I have 24 and Ive printed out pics of me and my dh from like 1971 on xmas. So I printed 24 of them out and they are going in these cards..cant wait till my friends and family get them..but love your blog..I going to post our picture up on my blog..so if you want to see a blast pic from the past you can find it there. sally
What a sweet card & darling antique gift to treasure ...
Merry Christmas ~

Hi Rosemary,
What a great friend! Wonderful how this WWW thing brings us all together. I love your tree with burlap and the burlap wreaths. It's something I've been meaning to try.
That countdown at the top of your page scares me a little but I work best under pressure!:))) haha!
