Views From A Baby Shower!

Hi all!
Haven't visited in awhile. I have been busy helping my daughter Amanda get ready for the baby shower she was throwing her friend Jen.
It finally happened yesterday!! Of course it was the hottest day we have had so far.
It seems like that always happens. It was a great day anyway. As usual my daughter had tons, and I do mean tons of food. Really fun (not cheesy) games. Great prizes!
Jen was totally blown away by everything!! She got piles of great presents too!!!
Today I am just relaxing, and I hope my daughter is doing the same. It's pretty exhausting to put on a nice party! She had about 45 people attending.
My husband is leaving for the day to go to the Laker's playoff game. That means I have a day to relax and do whatever I want. That consists of laundry, touching up some paint on my porch, and a very large order of tags!! Don't worry, to me that is relaxing. I can't sit still for long.
Have a wonderful day!!
Chat again soon.
Love,
Rosemary
PS, Great job on the party Amanda!!

OMG it's all so cute! clicked on the cake thinking it was a regular cake and to my surprise it was all made out of diapers!!! Did you make it? or your daughter? I'm going to have to try one for my friend who's having twins in July. Loved the carriage now decorated that you had bought at a flea market. GREAT job....love it all!!!
Thanks Rosemary,

Hugs,
Carole

Hi Rosemary,

What a beautiful baby shower you and your daughter put on, for her friend.
Everything looks so pretty and I love the little cupcakes and gift bags.

I hope that you got to relax a little doing the tags.

Have a great week

HI ROSEMARY! Whew...you had quite a day, but look at all the goodies! I had a day off after finishing my my homework. I just took a walk, played my harp in the garden and did some window shopping. It was fun. Wow, I really don't miss those super hot days in CA. It was about 70 degrees here and that suits me just fine! Have a great evening dearest! Anita
