I am up to my elbows in glitter, glue, paper, ink, boxes and fun.
I have been working on more boxes for my friend Barbara's shop.
This is why I have been a little lax this weekend about blogging. It is a process.
Lots of cutting, gluing, glittering, folding and waiting. If we didn't need to wait for glue to dry our projects would probably go a lot faster. Good things come to those who wait. I think that's how it goes.
I started some Valentine boxes, and they are turning out nicely.
So this is how my Sunday is going.

It is raining and cold today, so it is a good day to stay inside and create.
Vintage index cards from my friend Margo. Love these!!

Wish my Sunday had been this productive - beautiful boxes!!
But, I did take a granddaughter to view the Dinosaur Exhibit at the Museum of Natural Sciences this afternoon - walked all through downtown - visited an Italian market and found porcini stock cubes and ready to grill polenta -
and made time to eat a yummy sandwich in a historic building now a neat restaurant.
Perhaps tomorrow will bring some time to stay home and be creative - I have itchy fingers!!
Oh my gosh Rosemary, those are stunning!

Rosemary, up to your elbows in glitter again, huh? Sounds like a good time to me!
By the way, is that a food take-out box at the bottom? The contents almost look like dim-sum!

Hi Rosemary,
Love the boxes. You certainly are working hard. I can't imagine making so many at a time! They are beautiful. I also love glittered birds and nests and make lots of ornaments & boxes with them. Love your blog. So glad you came for a visit to my glittery blog.
Kindest regards,
