Spring Has Sprung, At My House!!

Happy Sunday!! (Oscar Sunday)

I have been busy working on these Spring cones today!!

I thought I would show you a few of my other Springy things, around the house.

I went to Garden Memories yesterday, and bought this nest. Well actually I bought two of them.
Barbara always has the best eggs, birds and nests. She has a great eye for these, she has a great eye for everything.

I couldn't resist this robin either. I knew if I didn't buy one, they would all be gone in a week.

This is what I did with the second nest. Here is what happens to me, every time I see a new one in the shop, I have to get it. Now I have nests here and there, all over the house. I like them all year long, but particularly this time of year.

It just started raining again. We had a pretty big storm last night too! (I know, it never rains in Southern California)

Hope it clears soon for those celebrity dos!!

Enjoy the Oscars tonight! (It's all about the dresses)

Love,

Rosemary

  6. Yep, it's beginning to look like spring around here too. I went to trim all my dead lantana, and I noticed it had started sprouting green on most of the brown parts. So I left it. Love the bird's nest, robin egg and cones.

    Have a fabulous creative week.

I'm thrilled Marion Cotillard won Best Actress - she was so amazing in that part.

  17. I love all your nests, nest images. Ijust put up a photo of a nest on my studio blog today. GMTA? It's sort of softly focused but hey, not much light inside an ancient stairwell. I have some eggs and nests packed away, I need to get them out for spring decorating now that you've inspired me.
